Your office visit, except for cannabis card evaluation and smoking cessation will be submitted to insurance.  If you have an annual deductible on your insurance plan we may ask for a partial payment for your initial visit.

​OMT  is usually covered by insurance, but procedure maybe applied towards your annual deductible.

 

Acupuncture  $75 to $115,

Cupping:  $115

  

​Holistic Health Consultations: 1 hour - $145

(not cover by insurance)

Cannabis Evaluation  $150 to $175

Smoking Cessation using Acupuncture $225, for up to 3 treatments.
